The announcement text: Our client urgently requires two helpdesk administrators to control a busy helpdesk in the Hertfordshire area. The company works on a computer system called Maximo. Experience with this system is definitely an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. SKILLS * You will need to be customer focused with good customer service skills; * You will need to be articulate with a good telephone manner; * Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. DUTIES * General administration duties will be required such as filing, faxing, photocopying; * Liaise with managers and engineers. The ideal candidate should have a smart appearance and a can do attitude. Punctuality is also very important for this role.
