My client publishes over 70 different publications and owns the UK`s most visited automotive websites. Their turnover is in excess of £280 million and they employ over 4000 staff in 40 different locations throughout UK and Ireland.
THE POSITION
As Field Sales Manager, you will be tasked with managing a team of up to five field sales execs covering the Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Wiltshire territories. You will also be personally managing an existing base of around 80 car dealerships based within this region.
This is a home based field sales position where you will be largely out of the road conducting meetings with both your field sales execs and your personal client base - You will of course be given all the tools you need such has laptop, telephone etc.
* Managing and motivating your team to extract the best possible sales results
* Solutions selling offering the client something they both want and need
* Some new business sales generation
THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
To apply for this Field Sales Manager position, you will need to have the following skills and experience.
* Currently managing a small sales team of up to 5 sales professionals
* Working on a field sales management * customer facing basis
* Ideally currently working within the advertising or car industry in a hands on management position
* Strong leadership qualities with information to support your achievements and successes
* Used to over achieving sales targets
SALARY AND PACKAGE ON OFFER
* Realistic £40,000 OTE
* £20,000 basic
* Lucrative uncapped commission structure
