Initiate`s client is a Value Added Distributor of communications equipment, software and services with over 10 years experience in supporting their customers; a network of over 250 resellers, in selling communications, software, telephony and data solutions to the SME and Enterprise markets throughout Europe. With revenues of Ј50 million, relationships with Avaya, Nortel, BT and a premier level image within their sector, the organisation is ideally
positioned for even further revenue growth.
Their current requirement is for a number of technically adept field based Channel Account Directors.
The Account Directors require a minimum of 4 years channel account management experience from a manufacturer, distributor or vendor reseller background (not carrier or mobile) and with the; experience, both strategic and technical, and aptitude to add value to their resellers through an understanding of voice and data convergence solutions.
In addition, any experience of contact center solutions in terms of intelligent call routing and enterprise messaging applications would be highly beneficial.
