Section Manager
Ј12k-Ј14k + bonus + fully expensed car

Our client, a leading finance provider, is looking to recruit a Section Manager to run the consumer division. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of field agents to ensure that customer growth and business targets are successfully achieved.
Other duties will include:
· Recruiting new customers
· Maximising weekly collections
· Managing the training and development of each field agent within the section
· Identifying potential arrears cases, implementing appropriate arrears management techniques and maximising bad debt recovery
Previous supervisory experience within a field sales environment is essential for this role. Knowledge of finance products is not necessary as full support and training is provided.
This position offers excellent career prospects and a generous bonus together with a fully expensed car.
