Fantastic opportunity – can you maximise potential secured loan business? Are you currently working in a customer facing position within the mortgage*second mortgage market? Would you like to work for one of the leading names in motor finance? YES? Then our client would like to meet you.
The Role:
Working within the new secured lending team – your key responsibility will be to enhance customer relationship by providing advice, guidance and support in providing financial solutions to satisfy individual needs.
· Converting internal introductions to secured loans
· Converting other marketing introductions to secured loans
· Building long term relationship with the customer
· Taking ownership of the deal
· Use the “GAP” selling process – Gather information, Analyse the data, Present the solution.
· Negotiating the deal fairly considering the risk involved
·
The Person:
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a confident, positive, helpful and friendly outlook. Both customer and sales focused with the ability to think on your feet and make decisions. You will be target driven and have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Desirable: previous experience
(1 year) of working in an office environment and*or working in a customer facing role ideally in a mortgage related role.
