Job title: Dealer Assist Customer Account Manager Location: Bellshill Salary: Ј15-17k basic (negotiable on experience) + Ј20-25k OTE + benefits Job Description: Motor finance division
· To maximise new business opportunities through providing high levels of customer service and building quality customer relationships. · To build long term profitable relationships with existing and new motor dealerships. · To underwrite new business in line with personal mandate and company procedures.
Key skills required are: Providing excellent customer service and managing customer relationships; delivering business results; planning & control; self motivation; influencing; team work.
Ideal candidates will have gained experience within a motor finance or sales background. A “can do” attitude is a must, as well as the ability to initiate and develop relationships via telephone contact, with staff at all levels within dealerships.
