Successful Candidate:
* Proven experience of the marketing sector either within a recruitment capacity or through a marketing sales environment
* Strong new business-to-business sales experience
* Professional with strong communication skills
* Highly organised
* Driven by the opportunity to earn a high OTE
* Looking to further develop their career within a professional and forward thinking company
* Proven progressive career history

Role:
* Development of new business within the marketing recruitment division of this huge company
* Cold calling, networking, client visits and candidate marketing
* Management of the your own marketing recruitment desk
* Grow and develop your desk with the aim to build a team beneath you
* Management of key client relationships
* Preferred Supplier Agreements negotiations
* Candidate interviews both over the phone and face-to-face
* Administration and advertising of your own vacancies

Rewards:
