Area Manager for an established multi location National Agency in a specialist growth market.
Southern Area responsibility covering two offices with a compliment of 20 Plus consultants.
Role:
To cement, enhance and develop relationships between two branches and develop the cross selling opportunities within the business. To lead from the front regarding business development and tender business. To assist the training team in identifying, addressing and developing consultants and managers training and development needs.
To be the Regional representative presenting at Director level.
Would suit:
An experienced multi team manager or multi branch*regional manager looking for an exciting opportunity that will involve diplomacy, various management skills and a desire to make the region a top achiever.
All the raw material is in place, it just needs a strong leader to enhance, embellish and cystalise the teams.
Client:
International agency with an independent feel and less corporate politics than most.
Operating in growth markets (non IT) associated with prolonged and sustainable growth prospects.
With over thirty years market experience and a superb record of developing, training and then promoting its consultants this client has an enviable reputation in the market place.
Salary:
Dependent on experience and current remuneration. Likely to be upto Ј50,000 per annum with substantial car allowance and other benefits associated with a Senior Position.
