Answering questions regarding the operation, configuration and usage of products for the customer. Agent will be working to meet customer service levels and will be managed against appropriate KPIs including first call fix They will need to have relevant helpdesk experience as well as a good working*troubleshooting knowledge of Outlook. Technical experience of microsoft products in a large environment.
