Major Consultancy Company in Brentwood require a Resource Administrator to take responsibility for the contractors and temps in specific areas and businesses, administering their contracts and monthly processing of invoices. Will also be required to raise all necessary paperwork for placements within 48 hours of Request, including contract, purchase order and bank details for new suppliers. Ensure that contracts are correctly signed and authorised and chase-up missing unsigned contracts. Input details onto SAP HR. Receive contractor and associate invoices and timesheets, check validity and calculations and then process for authorisation and payment. Ensure that invoices are correctly input to Accounts Payable system and reach Accounts Dept. Liaise with Project Managers regarding contract and invoice queries and approvals. Liaise with contractors regarding invoice*timesheet issues. Collate and update activity metrics and statistics as requested and produce weekly*monthly reports for Managers as required. Essential: A team player with a pro-active attitude to the working environment and a strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational and communication skills, Must be able to use the Microsoft Office Suite of applications; training will be provided on the in-house database systems. Good telephone manner. Desirable: Experience of accounting systems (Agresso) would be desirable.
