This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional establised organisation as a Helpdesk telephone support Analyst. To qualify for this role, you MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. You should have at least 1 years experience in a similar role (with not more than 3 years experience) providing telephone support to a number of users on Windows 2000*XP, MS Office 97*2000.
