Nationwide, multi sector client based in West Lothian seeks an experienced Network Manager.
Overview: To manage central systems built around an HP Alpha cluster running bespoke and third party integrated systems. This arrangement is complemented with Oracle based MIS and operational systems based locally and remotely around the UK.
Responsibilities:
Support and enhance existing components. Design, build and implement new initiatives.
Highly Desirable:
At least 3 years in a development and support environment.
HP Alpha*Open VMS
Cobol
Min 1 years Oracle 8i*9i knowledge with solid SQL – PL*SQL is useful.
Windows NT*2000*2003
