A business focused Project Manager is required by a leading technology provider to deliver technical projects to their diverse client base. The successful candidate will assume total project responsibility, from the point of handover from the Sales function handling all tasks from project resourcing through to final customer acceptance and handover to Support; the role therefore entails a wide range of technical and soft skills which together maximise the chance of a successful project delivery. You will have a strong and robust personality and the ability to see a project as a ‘business venture` and focus on financial success; you will also have at least 5 years experience, potentially more in a variety of Project Management roles with a wide experience of customer situations in a commercial service-orientated environment, ideally an understanding of Call Centre environments and an understanding of Telephony, Voice and CTI Technology.
