Technical Support Engineer - Windows, Networks, Customer Support
Technical Support Engineer required with good Windows Server and Desktop, Exchange, LAN*WAN, networking, firewalls, backup knowledge to provide support and maintenance on site in City, East London and Essex to the customers of this successful IT solutions company. You will will have experience in customer support and excellent communication skills along with an ability to deal with people at all levels of seniority and expertise. A flexible approach and a willingness to travel in the London and Essex area a must. You will also be required to make regular visits to the office in Ipswich. Ideally you will have an MCSE or have completed most of the study towards it. People with strong technical skill but without an MCSE will be considered.
