The announcement text: This Global company requires a very experienced HR Consultant with International experience, the role reports to Vice President Human Resources.

This position is responsible for providing Human Resources support to employees in London as well as to our operations in Australia, Mozambique, South Africa, Brazil and Suriname. The Senior HR Consultant will work closely with the VP HR and asset based HR Managers to ensure integrated people strategies and processes are in place to deliver competitive advantages.

The Senior Human Resource Consultant will assist in supporting an organization which:
? Employs some 10,000 people globally
? Generates some $900 million EBIT annually
? Operates in 5 countries
? Is actively pursuing business development opportunities in other countries
? Has a strategy of doubling in size over the next 10 years, while adding significantly to shareholder value
Key areas of focus include: talent management, recruitment, job evaluation and salary recommendations, expatriate administration, coordination of salary and incentive plan review, non-operational employee budget management, training and development programs for Corporate employees; administering employee benefits; advising on company personnel policies and maintaining accurate personnel records and related documents.

Lead and work on HR Global projects and ensure initiatives are being implemented at assets.
? Management of local salary and incentive review processes. Will also coordinate expat salary and incentive review process.
? Exposure to * knowledge of expatriate administration.
? University qualifications in Human Resources or an equivalent discipline.
? Generalist background with experience of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
? Minimum five (5) years generalist Human Resources experience in an international organization.
? Experience of expatriate administration.
? Compensation and benefits experience.
? Exposure to HR GSAP is useful but not essential.

? High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
