Generator service maintenance engineer required, Land fill gas experience would be advantagous.
Position available working from Southampton Depot
A clean driving license will be required from all candidates, including
previous experience.
Electrical service engineer, apprentice trained to a suitable standard,
Duties as follows,
Service and maintain stand-by generators
Good fault diagnosis skills required
Carry out electrical repair works to stand-by generators Experience working
with LV systems including change over and
distribution systems.
Experience working with generator control panels
Carry out load bank testing
Carry out commissioning of generators
Carry out installation of stand-by generators
Hours of work,
08.00 - 16.30 Monday to Friday
The candidate must be flexible with regard to week end working, and be
repaired to work away from time to time.
Transit van supplied with limited private use available
All PPE will be supplied
Test equipment supplied, the candidate will be required to supply small
hand tools
Six month trial period
