The contact centre is the first point of contact for customers and we provide a variety of information to a wide range of customers. We are a small team and we pride ourselves by providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a customer focused individual to take calls from customers and assist them with enquiries. You will also help us provide reception services.
You`ll play a crucial role in the delivery of good quality customer services. You`ll possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and strong administrative and IT skills. You`ll be able to respond quickly, courteously and efficiently to customers from a diverse range of backgrounds. You will have experience in a telephone based customer focused role.
