Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Berkshire seeks a Restaurant Manager with excellent leadership and communication skills and at least 12 months previous 4 star experience within a restaurant of similar size to the level of at least deputy * head waiter. You will be responsible for managing all staff within the AA rosette restaurant serving both al la carte and daily menu. You will need to lead by example to consistently achieve the high standards that are required in a 4 star market and will have attention to detail to surpass guests? expectations. Working on a 40-hour week, and must be able to manage the full range of shifts (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) and ideally will be located within 30 minutes travelling distance of the hotel. You will possess good people skills, have a positive, friendly leadership style and will be focused on delivering an outstanding service whilst ensuring financial targets are met.
