HR BUSINESS PARTNER Supply Chain
(manufacturing, logistics, purchasing)
Responsibilities:
•Know and understand business through the joint projects and partnership
•Build relationship with line managers and employees
•Transform business goals into the HR policy
•Liaise and influence management
•As the HR-manager, you should offer and adapt those HR practices, which will help to accomplish the Supply Chain goals.
•Participate in business processes and cost budgeting and conform organizational structure changes.
•Recruit, induct, train and develop employees, plan their career, carry out annual and 360 personal assessment together with line managers
•Develop motivational programs
•Communicate with and consult the management
•Run Management audit (potential assessment and managers’ development) in accordance with Carlsberg procedures
•Cooperate with “Expertise center” (C&B, Personnel administration, Training and development)
Requirements:
•University Degree
•Sufficient experience in Supply Chain or HR areas: 3+ years (preferably with international FMCG company)
•Good managing people and leadership skills
•Experience in HR- projects implementation
•Clear Supply Chain understanding
•Successful experience in Managing Projects including cross functional ones, involving other Company’s departments
•Business-orientation
•Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
•Ability to influence others including non direct subordinates
•Team player
•Excellent English, Russian and Ukraine
