Top conference centre in Berkshire seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to oversee the smooth running of the facility which includes 22 training rooms and a 70 seater restaurant. You will need to deliver a strong hands-on approach and be very customer focused. You will be looking after a small, enthusiastic, hardworking team of food and beverage, conference and banqueting and housekeeping staff. The team works to high levels of service standards and needs a leader that can keep these standards and atmospehere alive within the property. Applicants must possess a hands-on hotel or conference background, have good Restaurant*Bar skills, excellent customer service skills and demonstrate sound ability of people management.
