ProCredit Banks Ukraine is looking for English Teacher Assistant
The aim of our courses is to encourage the students to communicate with each other using the structures and vocabulary they have learnt, and to improve the four basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
The successful applicant will be offered a part-time job (evening hours) in a dynamic and international environment.
Required skills set:
• native English speaker/Fluent English;
• qualification/extensive experience in moderating group discussions;
• strong interpersonal skills;
• excellent communication skills.
Typical work activities include:
• planning, preparing and delivering ESL games complementing topics of the formal classes;
• preparing and facilitating structured conversational activities e.g. discussions, debates, role plays;
• providing assistance to students in completing their homework;
• getting involved in social and cultural activities at weekends.
Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following:
• a lively and outgoing personality and a friendly and confident manner;
• clear diction;
• good planning skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• flexibility and cultural adaptability;
• the ability to take criticism;
• the ability to get on with a wide range of people of varying professional and cultural background.
