Top hotel in Oxfordshire seeks a Restaurant*Bistro*Bar Manager with a standards-driven attitude as they are looking to gain their first rosette. You will need at least 18 months previous experience as a restaurant or food & beverage manager within hotels. You will be responsible for managing all staff within the 100-cover restaurant and will be working within the bistro bar and out in the garden. You must be used to high volume and similar sized restaurants. Top quality food is prepared daily using only the finest and freshest of local ingredients. You will need to lead by example to consistently achieve the high standards in this challenging role requiring attention to detail to surpass guests? expectations. Must be able to manage the full range of shifts (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). You will possess good people skills, have a positive, friendly, approachable leadership style and will be focused on delivering an outstanding service whilst ensuring financial targets are met.
