The announcement text: Top conference centre with over 60 rooms in Oxfordshire requires an experienced Proactive Sales Manager to join their busy sales team. This role is office based and is very proactive with the aim to bring in over £2million in revenue annually. You will need to have excellent skills in generating revenue, sales ability and forecasting. You will have good communication skills and be confident and able to motivate a team. You will need experience in hospitality sales: Room, Conference and Corporate, so a background in a hotel sales environment is essential. You will be proactively developing new business for the site and developing the key accounts already present.
